Christina Hall is not sold on the narratives surrounding her split.
Nearly three weeks after she and ex Josh Hall both filed for divorce after nearly three years of marriage, the Flip or Flop star spoke out for the first time about their breakup.
"Over here waiting for the typical Hired PR rep speech of 'how I was blind-sided and how I'm working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch,” she wrote in a July 25 Instagram Story post, “Meanwhile, I'm over here not as nice and quiet as I used to be.”
The HGTV star—who shares kids Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, with ex Tarek El Moussa and son Hudson, 4, with ex Ant Anstead—went on to seemingly call out her ex amid their court proceedings.
"I have worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed,” she added. “An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you- but 'still i rise.’”
Christina concluded her statement by alluding to the end of her relationship with the real estate professional.
"For those that aren't aware ... divorces do not happen overnight,” she wrote, “& there is always a breaking point. This one is personal.”
E! News has reached out to Josh’s reps for comment and has not yet heard back.
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2021, both filed for divorce after almost three years of marriage, according to court documents obtained by E! News July 16. They each cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split.
Christina's statement also comes shortly after she accused her estranged husband of making an unauthorized transfer of over $35,000 to his own bank account one day after she broke up with him, in court documents obtained by E! News.
In her declaration, the Christina on the Coast star said she was "shocked and concerned" over the alleged findings.
"It makes me wonder what else I am not aware of as it relates to his financial situation," she wrote, "that is why I am having a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of our marriage."

Sparks flew while Christina and Josh started spending time together. The couple recreated their March 2021 date a year later.
While on vacation for Christina's birthday, the two posed for a photo on the beach and made their relationship Instagram official.
Months in, Christina had a message for any haters, noting she'll "turn off comments with Josh and will continue to do so if people are rude." As she later put it, "Do what you love with the ones you love. For me, that's Josh, my kids and a few close friends and co-workers."
Engaged! One day after celebrating Josh's birthday, Christina confirmed the duo's romance was anything but a flop.
The pair celebrated the spooktacular season with a visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.
Just a few months later, they marked their first Christmas together.
"Building life together and enjoying some alone time," she captioned this sweet pic. "Love you Josh."
The following month, Christina enjoyed the "Best Valentine's weekend with my Valentine."
"Prayed for a man who was all man but still treated me like his queen," Christina wrote on Instagram just a few days before news of her and Josh's marriage broke. "Never give up."
In April 2022, fans learned that Christina and Josh privately tied the knot. They then celebrated their union with a wedding in Hawaii that September.
"Shared vows in front of family and our close friends," Christina wrote on Instagram Sept. 4. "Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be. My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love."
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.
The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star's birthday with a sweet tribute.
"Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!" he wrote on Instagram. "This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of. Christina is about to make her 40’s the best decade of her life and looking better than ever while doing it!I’m a lucky man and thank my lucky stars that she chose me to take this ride with her that is now our life. Ride or die baby, love you more than anything."
"Still going strong…" Josh wrote on Instagram alongside photos over the pair from over the past three years. "03/2024 ← 03/2023 ← 03/202← 03/2021."
In July 2024, Josh filed for divorce from Christina, citing "irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and her listing the same in her own court documents.
